Tampon Insertion

You cannot feel a tampon once it is inserted.  If you put in a tampon and you can feel it, then you have not inserted it properly.  You can read about how to insert a tampon, here.

  1. Very difficult to use either tampons or menstrual cups where there are no sinks for handwashing. You have to wash hands before inserting either, and after. In addition the cup needs adequate rinsing--disposing the accumulated blood in toilet isn't enough--and who is going to.do that in a public sink with onlookers? Then the sink would need to be sanitized. Plus while you're rinsing out your cup you have your pants down to prevent messing up your panties....I hated the cup for these reasons. Could only use it when at home. Better choice is washable pads.
